Presenting my Herb Butter Recipe, conveniently halved from the original, which somehow manages to yield a whopping four pounds of butter (yes, you read that right – four pounds! 😅). Effortlessly made in the Thermomix, this culinary gem is THE staple in my kitchen, and I love giving tubs as Christmas gifts. Its simplicity and versatility are unmatched.
My favorite thing about it is it is made with dried herbs, which means as long as I have butter, I won’t ever run out. I make other versions of this, too, depending on the dish. For example, with Thanksgiving coming up, I can’t help but recommend making it with sage and/or tarragon and smearing it under the turkey’s skin before baking it – the result is nothing short of delicious!
This herb butter serves as an excellent foundation for cheese bread and complements just about anything savory, including eggs, veggies, chicken, pasta, steak, and seafood. It’s my secret weapon to adding so much flavor to my dishes. It’s also how I got my son to love his cooked veggies – looking at you, spinach and broccoli!
Why wait? Give it a go today; I promise you won’t regret it!
