For all you Pumpkin and Pumpkin Spice Lovers out there, this is for YOU!!! I’ve been eyeing out a Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll recipe on Cookidoo (video to come soon) and it calls for Pumpkin Butter. As I read through the Tips and Tricks, I discovered a variation that turns the pumpkin butter into Pumpkin Butter Cream Cheese, and I had to try! The pumpkin butter is wonderful on its own, but the cream cheese version with the addition of vanilla paste tastes like dessert! It’s a fun twist on a holiday staple. The best part? It’s made with stuff you can find/store in your pantry, so you can have a taste of fall all year round! Hope you give it a try!
